Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current European and French legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, your return must comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged
  • All labels must be intact
  • The product must be accompanied by the invoice or delivery note

3. Return procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@globalfankits.fr stating your order number
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions
  3. Send the product back to the address indicated
  4. Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund

4. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

5. Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used during the purchase, unless you agree otherwise.

The refunded amount includes the price of the product and the initial delivery costs (excluding express delivery costs if you chose this option).

6. Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product (size, color, model), we invite you to:

  • Return the initial product according to the procedure above
  • Place a new order for the desired product

This procedure guarantees immediate availability of the desired product.

7. Defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a product that is defective or does not comply with your order:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@globalfankits.fr
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • We will cover the return costs and proceed with an exchange or a full refund

8. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation, certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if the packaging has been unsealed) or personalization (jerseys flocked with name and number).

9. Legal guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
